Established in 1973 and renovated in 1998, Stanhope is situated in the heart of Honiton town centre just a short flat walk from the local shops and excellent public transport links.
Take a stroll into town and try out the many amazing cafes, restaurants and bars or simply browse the fantastic variety of shops that are right on your doorstep.
With our energetic house manager, warm-hearted and friendly staff and a fantastic volunteer committee, Stanhope has a real family feel. We have very close links with the local churches, and work together with them to provide a caring atmosphere and support for all of our residents.
Our kitchen staff prepare two home cooked meals a day, with all dietary needs catered for. We pride ourselves on high quality, great tasting food which is sourced locally where possible. Each room comes with its own kitchenette, where you can make your own breakfast and enjoy it at your own pace at a time that suits you.
Rooms are spacious, well decorated and ready for you to put your personal items and furniture into, making them feel like a real home from home. Our newly transformed garden provides a beautiful, peaceful space for you to relax.
Stanhope is managed by Abbeyfield Honiton Society.
